Specific measures - Covid-19

1- Specific rules for Césal residences

As part of the strengthening of the fight against COVID-19, additional measures are applied to all of our residences.

  • It is forbidden to receive more than 2 people not living in your housing and only Césal's residents are allowed.

  • Please respect the instructions on the posters in the common areas (wearing of mask, maximum capacity...).

  • The AGORA is an ERP (establishment receiving public), it is forbidden to stay in. Its passage is authorized only for access to mailboxes, ViaRézo premises and the bread dispenser.

  • The rules set out in the Rules and Regulations (Réglement Intérieur in French) that you signed at your arrival at Césal still apply.

2- Social distancing & wearing of the mask

To stop the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic, barrier gestures should be applied as much as possible.

  • Physical distance rule: always keep a distance of at least 1 meter from any other person, and wear a mask if this distance cannot be kept.

  • Wearing a mask: wear a mask when the rule of social distancing cannot be respected or when you are in a place where it is mandatory (corridors, elevators, common areas ...).

IMPORTANT : Wearing a mask is mandatory if you come to the Césal offices.

  • Wash your hands regularly with soap or a hydroalcoholic solution.

For more information on the recommendations, visit the government's website.
