Following the entry into phase 3 of Covid-19 since the 15th of March 2020, we invite our residents to return to family home if possible. This instruction aims to slow the spread of Covid-19.
Césal will do its best to ensure you the best possible living and security conditions for those who must stat at Césal, by providing a strict minimum service while limiting the risk of spread of the virus:
- The reception, mail and parcel delivery service is suspended.
- No new entry will be accepted in the residences during this period.
- PC Security will no longer be allowed to open your door if you forgot your key in your room. In this case, report it by email to maintenance@cesal.fr to have a new badge made during working hours.
- The rental management office will operate by telework and, for any need, can be reached at the email address: gestion@cesal.fr
Meanwhile, the government is giving confinement instructions and numerous precautionary statements that must be scrupulously observed to slow the evolution of the pandemic.
