Freshly built in 2017 – 2018, residence IV consists in several buildings constructed onto a garden.
It includes 5 cylindrical buildings named Muses (4D, 4E, 4F, 4G, 4H), with engraved details on their walls. Besides the Muses standing on 5 floors, residence IV includes 3 regular standing on 6 floors (4A, 4B, 4C). Each building features an elevator. Inside all these buildings, residence IV can accommodate up to 1082 persons.
In building 4C, you will find some areas of interest such as the security post (24h/24 7d/7) and Agora, which is a place where every Césal residents can meet up and relax.
